Seven members have since volunteered alongside their regular jobs to organize aid projects and support people in difficult situations – currently primarily in Ukraine and Kibera (Kenya). We are diverse individuals with a shared goal: to ensure that aid reaches those in need directly. Therefore, we deliberately work simply, transparently, and without complex structures, so that donations have an impact where they are needed. Current projects Uns ereilte vor Kurzem ein Hilferuf aus der Region Ternopil, in der Ukraine. Dort werden dringend medizinische Hilfsgüter sowie Fahrzeuge für den Transport von hilfsbedürftigen und versehrten Menschen zu u.a. medizinischen Untersuchungen und Reha-Einrichtungen benötigt. Wir haben ein sehr gut geeignetes Fahrzeug gefunden, das mit einer Rampe für Rollstühle ausgerüstet ist. Gemeinsam mit dem Max-Planck Gymnasium Göttingen, auf dessen Gelände das Fahrzeug steht, möchten wir dem Hilferuf aus Ternopil entsprechen. Es wird noch Unterstützung bei der Finanzierung des Fahrzeugs benötigt. Wenn euch das Wohl der Menschen in der Ukraine ebenso am Herzen liegt wie uns, dann ist jede noch so kleine Geldspende hier besonders gut investiert. Damit das Fahrzeug später nicht leer übergeben wird, möchten wir es zusätzlich noch mit medizinischen Produkten füllen. Dafür stehen in der Schule entsprechende Spendenboxen bereit. Ebenso kann sich auch mit uns bzgl. Spendenabgaben in Verbindung gesetzt werden. Finance & Transparency Our association finances its work primarily through private donations. We consciously pursue the goal of implementing our projects independently and keeping bureaucratic and administrative costs to a minimum. This ensures that as much of the incoming donations as possible goes directly and entirely into our projects. Efficiency, independence, and responsible management of financial resources are our top priorities. Our working methods allow us to act flexibly and independently, and to provide rapid support where help is urgently needed. In this way, we make a direct contribution to the advancement and support of disadvantaged people.

Where does my donation go? The association was founded in Göttingen at the beginning of the war in Ukraine in 2022, driven by the desire to take concrete action rather than stand idly by. Since then, seven members have volunteered alongside their regular jobs to organize aid projects and support people in difficult circumstances – currently primarily in Ukraine and Kibera, Kenya. We are united by the conviction that everyone has the opportunity to make a positive impact on the world. Even small contributions can make a difference when people work together and take responsibility for one another. It is important to us that aid reaches those in need directly. We deliberately operate simply, transparently, and without complex structures so that donations reach the people who urgently require them as fully as possible. press Even before the official founding of our association, we were active in humanitarian aid and organized our first aid transports. Our commitment quickly garnered public attention: Several print media outlets reported on our operations and drew attention to our work. A particular milestone was our second aid convoy, in which we were able to deliver an entire truckload of medical supplies and several tons of disinfectant to war zones. This project was accompanied by a video project from the University of Göttingen and documented in a short film.
